The Kindness Exchange is a community workshop series rooted in care, connection, and giving back. In these times, many families are experiencing food insecurity and the loss of essential benefits and I believe it’s our collective responsibility to show up for one another.

Each workshop in this series is admission by donation, with all collected items going directly to local families and food pantries. You’re invited to join in, learn, and grow; all while helping support those who are underserved and underprivileged in our community.

If you’re not sure what to bring, you can always reach out to ask what’s most needed. Nonperishable food, diapers, wipes, and baby items are always greatly appreciated.

The Kindness Exchange: Mindful Pregnancy (Holiday Edition) is a peaceful one-hour workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and strengthen your bond with your growing baby. Amid the busyness of the season, this is your invitation to pause, to breathe deeply, reflect, and nurture yourself from within.

During our time together, we’ll explore the importance of mindfulness in pregnancy, how connection influences both birth and postpartum experiences, and simple grounding techniques you can use anytime. You’ll be guided through a gentle meditation and reflection, leaving you feeling centered and more in tune with yourself and your baby.

By joining, you’ll not only be investing in your own well-being , you’ll be directly supporting local families in need. Together, we’ll create a ripple of kindness that nourishes both body and heart.
