You deserve to feel supported, informed, and cared for.

Doula support rooted in culture, connection, and real-life motherhood.

Hey, there! I’m Christine, the “me” behind the “we” at Your Family Doula Services.

I’m a mom of three, a full-spectrum doula, educator, and the heart behind Your Family Doula Services. More than anything, I’m someone who really understands how big this journey into parenthood can feel.

Because I’ve lived it too.

Through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, loss, and navigating all of the unknowns that can come with motherhood, I’ve learned just how important it is to feel supported, informed, and truly cared for. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can be beautiful, but they can also feel overwhelming, emotional, and at times, isolating.

This work is personal

As a Latina, a mom, and someone who has moved through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and loss myself, this work means so much more to me than just “doing a job.”

I know how overwhelming motherhood can feel sometimes, especially when you’re trying to sort through all the information, navigate the unknowns, and make decisions that feel right for you and your family. I also know what it feels like to want support that feels genuine. Not cold, judgmental, and definitely not one-size-fits-all.

I created Your Family Doula Services to be the kind of space I believe families truly deserve: one where you feel safe asking questions, where your culture (whatever it may be) and values are respected, and where you don’t have to pretend to have it all figured out.

You get to come as you are here.

My goal is never to tell you what your journey “should” look like. I’m here to support your vision, help you feel informed about your options, and remind you that your voice matters every step of the way.

What does support with me look like?

Support can look like building a birth plan that truly aligns with your goals, talking through your options after an appointment leaves you feeling unsure, or helping your partner feel more confident and involved throughout the process. It can mean having someone you can reach out to with the questions that pop into your head late at night, or simply knowing you have someone in your corner, reminding you that you’re not doing this wrong.

Whether you’re preparing for your first baby, navigating postpartum again, planning a VBAC, hoping for a more holistic experience, or just wanting to feel less overwhelmed by all the information out there, I’m here to walk alongside you through it.

No expectation to do things one specific way, no pressure to be perfect. Only support rooted in education, compassion, and trust.

My Philosophy

No one should have to move through pregnancy, birth, or postpartum feeling unseen, dismissed, or alone.

Mothers need to be mothered, too.

This season of life can feel incredibly vulnerable, and the way you are cared for during it matters. You deserve support that feels warm, honest, and grounded. Support that makes you feel safe enough to ask questions, explore your options, and trust yourself along the way.

No two experiences are ever the same. Every family comes into this chapter with different hopes, fears, values, cultures, and experiences. My role is never to push an agenda or tell you what your journey should look like. I’m here to meet you where you are, support your vision, and help you feel informed and cared for every step of the way.

I want families to walk away from this season feeling supported and seen, not just as parents, but as people.

I’m Glad You’re Here

Whether you’re newly pregnant, preparing for birth, adjusting to postpartum, or simply exploring your options, I’m really glad you found your way here.

This work is incredibly close to my heart, and creating a space where families feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for means so much to me.

If you’re looking for support that feels warm, grounded, and personal, I’d love to connect with you!
