REFUND POLICY
Please note that all sales are final once your session is booked. If you need to reschedule, you must email us at contact@yourfamilydoulaservices.com at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is allowed only once, and if you attempt to reschedule less than 48 hours before your session, a $50 fee will apply. If you do not reschedule and do not attend the live session, no refund will be provided.
Sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase. To gift a session, please email us at the same address.
If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. After 24 hours, you will receive a credit to use towards another virtual service. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
